We provide maintenance programs for commercial properties in the Greater Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio areas. Our office is in Bedford Heights and we serve all of Cuyahoga County and the surrounding areas.

How often should I get my windows cleaned in Cleveland?
Most homes in the Cleveland area do well with cleaning once or twice a year: once in the spring after the winter buildup, and once in the fall before the holidays. If you have trees close to the house or live near a busy road, you may want service more often. For commercial property it depends on location and business type. A restaurant near the West Side Market may need monthly cleaning because of foot traffic and cooking grease, while a quieter office building in Beachwood might only need service every six months.
Do you clean second and third story windows?
Yes. Exterior window cleaning above the first floor is where most homeowners need help, and it is dangerous without the right equipment. We use ladders, water-fed poles, and harness systems to safely reach upper-story glass. For taller buildings we use rope access, suspended platforms, and lift equipment.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes. Premier Window Cleaning LLC is licensed, bonded, and insured, and our technicians carry Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance. We are also a member of the Beachwood Chamber of Commerce.
What does window cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the number and type of windows, the height and access of the building, and whether you want interior, exterior, or both. Do you clean windows after construction or renovation?
Yes. We provide post-construction window cleaning, including interior and exterior glass along with exterior surfaces. This includes removing construction dust, stickers, paint specks, and mineral deposits from new glass.
Can you remove hard water stains from glass?
Yes. Unsightly hard water stains can make a building look dirty and unprofessional. Our glass restoration service removes these stains and applies treatment to help prevent them from coming back.
Do you clean screens, sills, and tracks?
Yes. Our residential window cleaning includes cleaning of screens, tracks, and sills, plus removal of cobwebs, bugs, and debris. We also offer screen repair.
Will you work outside of my business hours?
Yes. We can schedule cleaning outside your business hours or on holidays so your operations are not interrupted. Most of our office clients have us come early in the morning or after hours.
How often do roof anchors need to be inspected?
Under the OSHA 1910 General Industry Standard, each anchor point must undergo annual inspection and certification, with a comprehensive assessment required every ten years. Anchors must be identified, tested, certified, and maintained to support loads of at least 5,000 pounds. Certification requires load testing, and we provide detailed reports with recommendations.
Is pressure washing safe for my roof and siding?
We match the method to the surface. Roofs get soft washing rather than high pressure, which removes algae and moss gently without tearing up shingles. Siding is washed at a pressure that lifts dirt, pollen, and mildew without damaging paint. Brick, stucco, stone, and cedar shake all get their own approach.
